In exchange, some hospital employers may offer:

  • To cover expenses to obtain the US BON License as Puerto Rico license does not work (includes NCLEX, NCLEX Review, TOEFL, CGNFS and License)
  • In certain cases, some employers are willing to cover temporary housing expenses and airfare to the USA
  • US citizens not requiring sponsorship; therefore, no lengthy work permits or immigration process
  • Posses an academic nursing degree from a school accredited by institutions such as MSCHE, AASCU, ACEN and CCNE
  • English fluency - speak, read & write English
  • Possess a minimum 1 to 2 years’ recent acute experience in clinical setting (Hospital) working as an RN, the average RDCwork candidate has 5+ years’ experience
  • Active US BON license required to work in ANY state in the USA (acquired through an endorsement or NCLEX exam)
  • Willing to relocate to the USA within 30 days of receiving & accepting job offer
  • The commitment and dedication necessary to embark on a new career in USA

RDCwork will ensure all candidates successfully complete the interview process; be it via telephone, Skype or in person.

Most importantly, will possess the communication fluency to perform job duties without the assistance of an interpreter or translator.
